Submarine Depth Research - MTN Moblog Reporter

The MTN Moblog website is a portal that features various communication tools where members can interact with one another by means of blogging, posting images in the gallery, participating in the chat room, and so forth. MTN uses the portal to investigate general communication trends among the youth by analysing the communication between the members.

These trends are recorded in research reports called Moblog reports which can include text, static images, pictures, diagrams and even video material. About three to five reports are generated on a monthly basis and are produced by Submarine Depth Research. Upfront Systems developed the Moblog Reporting and Tagging Tool to make it easy and timely for MTN to search and download these reports.
