Proteon - KNMP Data Publishing Project

KNMP (Koninklijke Nederlandse Maatschappij ter bevordering der Pharmacie), or the Royal Dutch Pharmaceutical Society, is an association for and by pharmacists. Its objectives are to promote good facilities for the provision of medication, practicing pharmacy as a science and representing the professional, social and economic interests of the society’s members. More than 90% of all Dutch pharmacists are members of the KNMP.

Upfront Systems was contracted by Proteon to develop a data publishing tool for the KNMP. The goal of the project is to gather information on the pharmaceutical industry in the Netherlands, which is placed on CD and distributed annually. Plone is used for the function of data publishing.
